SUMMARY: How to make stress your friend.

              Since the majority of us consider stress to be the source or root of all evil and one of the primary factors contributing to an increase in fatalities,  I chose this TED talk. The biology of courage is unexpectedly created when you decide to view your stress response as beneficial, and resilience is developed when you choose to connect with others when under stress. Stress opens up our sensitive hearts, which find joy and meaning in interacting with others. That is what I took away from it. By choosing to approach stress in this way, you are not only improving your ability to manage it but also remembering that you are not the only one who has to deal with it. I highly suggest this talk to those that have stress so that they can improve their lives.
